Llama FairTrade Ltd reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Llama FairTrade Ltd may change the prices of the goods displayed on the Shop at any time.

No contract exists between you and Llama FairTrade Ltd for the sale of any goods until Llama FairTrade Ltd has received and accepted your order and Llama FairTrade Ltd has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once Llama FairTrade Ltd does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Also the majority of items are hand-made from natural materials, and may vary slightly from details specified. All measurements given are approximate

While Llama FairTrade Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Llama FairTrade Ltd may terminate or suspend the supply of any goods displayed on the Shop in the event of out of stocks, for support or maintenance work, in order to update content or for any other reason. Llama FairTrade.co.uk may do this at any time and without notice. Products on the Shop are normally available for despatch within 24 hours and for products with slower availability, an estimated shipment preparation time is provided in the associated product listings on the Shop.
